Conferences and seminars
The Medieval Crime Museum has conference and meeting facilities in the Johanniterscheune (a former administration building of the St. John's Commandery in Rothenburg). The annex next to the main museum building was renovated in line with monument conservation guidelines in the mid-1990s to cater for exhibitions and conferences and is regularly rented by private and public organisers for conferences, seminars and congresses ever since. There is a choice of small or large conference room.
Small conference room
The small conference room is on the ground floor of the Johanniterscheune. It measures about 80m2 and offers seating for 35 guests (chairs only), or for 25 guests (chairs and tables).
Large conference room
The large conference room is on the attic floor of the Johanniterscheune. It measures about 200m2 and offers seating for 120 guests (chairs only).
Internal special events are organised in the Johanniterscheune and the inner courtyards of the Crime Museum. In special cases we rent out the museum inner courtyard for other events.
